There you look surprised, this you will find in the "Dresden 1900"!

Enter Dresden 1900 through the historical tavern. Green Jugendstil tiles and the warm brightness of facetcuted lights welcome you cordially. Stroll down the "Wallstrasse", along the 100 years old seats of a tram and the inventions out of Dresden. For example the filter paper and the beer coaster, that take off their triumphal course from Dresden to the whole world.
All of the facades of the private townhouse at the "Wallstrasse" allow you another view at the time of 1900. You should stay in the "Wallstrasse" and enjoy the view over the "Postplatz" at the time around 1900. Midway you find the affectionately restored "Helene", the oldest still preserved electric railcar from 1898.
Next to it, in the "Gambrinusstuben", you can have a look into our sunbathed market placekitchen, where original saxonian delicacies and modern German dishes are prepared for you. On the righthand you will see the "Stadtwaldschlösschen", one of the famous gastronomies of that time in Dresden. As in the past, the "Stadtwaldschlösschen" invites you nowadays to celebrate and stay for a while. Equipped with various ?details of the Jugendstil, original pictures and exhibits from Dresden tramsand Radeberger brewery history, you will find an adequate atmosphere for a culinary trip through Dresden.
To complete this experience you can choose between our menus or buffets and a diversity of entertainment programme, which we arrange according to your wishes. A special zone of experience ?Omas Güsche?(Grannies kitchen) is laid behind the tram. Up to 30 persons can rattle the pots and pans and create together with the chef traditional saxonian dishes, as granny did it in the past. Directly next to it you find the ?Mummelnbahn?, an area for our little guests where they can build, play and do handicrafts.
So a beautiful and relaxed trip for the whole family is secured and the little ones look fascinated and surprised in the "Dresden 1900"!
